Withdrawal management programs offer 24/7 residential care to support persons who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms from substances. Participants are monitored and may receive medication to ease withdrawal symptoms. Utilizing a harm reduction approach, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) providers work with participants to develop a treatment plan to support participants in meeting their SUD goals.

The Key Addiction Treatment Center is located downtown Santa Cruz and offers outpatient services. Our mission is to provide support and knowledge for addiction treatment in a small outpatient setting, with no more than six people per group. Our dedicated specialists are committed to evidence based treatments, relapse prevention, family participation and continued education. As a physician-owned and operated center, we provide clients with treatment plans guided by a Stanford trained addiction medicine physician. Elevate Addiction Services

Elevate Addiction Services is a modern, evidence-based approach to treatment that is different from a typical 12-Step program. Utilizing a unique curriculum of cognitive behavioral therapies, clients participate in group sessions, individual counseling, psychoeducational lessons and fitness sessions including CrossFit, Yoga and nutritional seminars. All levels of care available including detoxification, residential, day treatment and intensive outpatient. Short term and long term program options also available. In-Network with many insurance providers and most insurances accepted.

The Camp

Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) are three nights per week for eight weeks with family groups bimonthly and individual counseling bimonthly. Private insurance accepted, wheelchair accessible, no bilingual or hearing impaired services. Residential treatment center with medically supervised detox services. Capacity: 53 adult and 17 adolescent beds. Flexible lengths of stay, maximum 30 days for inpatient care. Intensive outpatient services also available. Per diem rates for all levels of care.
