The Key Addiction Treatment Center is located downtown Santa Cruz and offers outpatient services. Our mission is to provide support and knowledge for addiction treatment in a small outpatient setting, with no more than six people per group. Our dedicated specialists are committed to evidence based treatments, relapse prevention, family participation and continued education. As a physician-owned and operated center, we provide clients with treatment plans guided by a Stanford trained addiction medicine physician. The Founder, Dr. Bobby Singh, provides medical care and education alongside your treatment team of devoted addiction specialists.The Key accepts out-of-network insurance. We’re happy to check your insurance coverage for you with one simple call to our office. The Key believes in affordable addiction recovery services, which is why we offer multiple financing options. We offer help, hope and results to individuals and families in need of alcoholism rehabilitation, withdrawal management and opiate addiction treatment. Janus provides a variety of SUD treatment options designed for individual needs, from outpatient services and withdrawal management to residential treatment and ongoing medical treatment for opiate addiction at the Janus Community Clinic. Our Perinatal Program offers both residential and day programs for drug and alcohol dependent pregnant women and new mothers. And our two Sober Living Environments provide short-term as well as long-term stays. Insurance accepted. Medi-Cal accepted for Perinatal treatment. Santa Cruz residents may be eligible for no cost services.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorders is a nationally recognized evidence-based treatment with over three decades of rigorous research on its effectiveness. Janus MAT uses three forms of medications, along with a robust counseling program to assist each client to develop a lifestyle of wellness and recovery. The Clinical Team has many years of experience with MAT to ensure safe and effective use of FDA approved medicines to treat opioid use disorders. The Janus MAT programs are fully State licensed and accredited by the CARF national standards of excellence. In collaboration with each patient, the Janus MAT clinical team determines which medication will be most effective. Counseling and patient involvement in a wholistic approach to recovery is an integral part of the program. Medi-Cal accepted.
