For over 30 years, Janus of Santa Cruz has helped thousands of people find their way out of alcohol and drug addiction and into healthy and productive lives. We offer help, hope and results to individuals and families in need of alcoholism rehabilitation, withdrawal management and opiate addiction treatment. Janus provides a variety of SUD treatment options designed for individual needs, from outpatient services and withdrawal management to residential treatment and ongoing medical treatment for opiate addiction at the Janus Community Clinic. Our Perinatal Program offers both residential and day programs for drug and alcohol dependent pregnant women and new mothers. And our two Sober Living Environments provide short-term as well as long-term stays. Insurance accepted. Medi-Cal accepted for Perinatal treatment. Santa Cruz residents may be eligible for no cost services.

Elevate Addiction Services is a modern, evidence-based approach to treatment that is different from a typical 12-Step program. Utilizing a unique curriculum of cognitive behavioral therapies, clients participate in group sessions, individual counseling, psychoeducational lessons and fitness sessions including CrossFit, Yoga and nutritional seminars. All levels of care available including detoxification, residential, day treatment and intensive outpatient. Short term and long term program options also available. In-Network with many insurance providers and most insurances accepted.

Comprehensive treatment for alcohol and drug abusing adult men and women; 3 to 12 month program; job training; probation referrals. Fee-scale; no one refused services due to lack of ability to pay. Summit Estate Recovery Center is a boutique residential program on 23-acres in the Santa Cruz Mountains of Northern California. Our program provides personalized treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders including physician-supervised detox, use of evidence-based treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, Relapse Prevention) and psychiatric consultation. Our team of carefully-selected psychologists, masters-level therapists, and licensed addiction counselors aims to provide our clients with a full continuum of care, including Family Program, Intensive Outpatient Treatment and AfterCare. New Life is a residential addiction treatment program, serving adults and families seeking help with substance use disorders. Men and women over 18 may stay in our program up to 6 months, and those with children may have their children stay with them free of charge. In addition to participating in New Life’s programming each evening and on weekends, clients are expected to engage in work, school, and/ or community services while in treatment.
