Schedule of Events - Horario de Eventos - Press Release

Santa Cruz County, Health Services Agency, Public Health Division invites Santa Cruz County residents to learn, discuss and provide input about healthy communities.  We will be providing a series of community meetings that we hope you can join. We value your input about what you think are the most important health needs in Santa Cruz County.  The dialogue is free and open to the public and light refreshments will be provided. Door prizes (Simpkins Family Swim Center free swim passes, grocery bags, notebooks, travel tumblers, etc.) will be provided.  Child care and translation can also be arranged.  To register for the free session and/or to arrange child care or translation contact Jessica Randolph at (831) 454-4472 or click here to send a comment

As Santa Cruz County begins the process of seeking public health accreditation, the Health Services
Agency invites the public to consider these questions while learning, discussing and providing input
on healthy communities. About half the U.S. population is now covered by an accredited public
health department, and surveys have shown the process can lead to improved performance,
accountability and outcomes on behalf of the community.  Read Press Release
