Delivering patient-centered care for people of all ages by removing boundaries that inhibit access to healthcare and ensuring the viability of our community by supporting long-term equitable access to healthcare services.

The Health Centers Division operates four clinics: Homeless Persons’ Health Project, Santa Cruz Health Center, Watsonville Health Center and Watsonville Health & Dental Center. Depending on the clinic, services offered may include:

  • Contraception
  • Hospital Emergency Department Follow Up
  • Immunization Services
  • Integrated Behavioral Health
  • Medication Assisted Treatment
  • Orthopedic Services

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing comprehensive primary care services in English and Spanish to all ages, genders, ethnicities, abilities and sexual identities and orientations, regardless of their ability to pay. As an FQHC clinic we meet a stringent set of requirements, including providing care on a slider fee scale based on ability to pay and operating under a governing board that includes patients.
