The All Kids by Two Immunization Coalition (AKT) brings together diverse community members within Santa Cruz County who are committed to supporting programs that increase immunization levels. The primary goal of AKT is to exceed the national objective of 90% of all infants and toddlers being fully protected against vaccine preventable diseases by two years of age.
